Bending of all types of sheet metal up to 6 metres
On the basis of your drawing, we can bend all sheet metal to measure, in accordance with the desired specifications. The sheet metal is placed on a press brake between an upper die (cutter) and a V-shaped lower die and then bent into the desired shape. Metal items processed in this way include screen holders, U-profiles, corner profiles and sheet piling. In addition to bending, we can also cut your sheet metal to the desired length and provide it with a pattern of holes.
Machine-cutting sheet metal
The cutting of sheet metal, such as aluminum or stainless steel, is a processing technique in which a sheet metal shear mechanically separates two sheet metal parts from one other. Alumat Zeeman can cut sheet metal up to 6 meters long. After cutting your sheet metal, additional processing (i.e. bending, punching, galvanizing or powder coating) is optional, so that you will be supplied a completely finished end product. Sheet metal cutting is a common application for straight shapes. If round shapes are required, we recommend using a laser cutter.
Laser-cutting sheet metal into every imaginable shape
Fiber laser-cutting of sheet metal can be applied to the processing of metals such as sendzimir, aluminum or stainless steel in various thicknesses. The computer-controlled laser head can cut any imaginable shape into the sheet metal, after which it can be bent if necessary. Alumat Zeeman has all the disciplines in-house in Maasdijk to supply you with a complete product.
Punching sheet metal
Punching is a processing technique in which a pattern of holes is punched into a sheet of metal. This makes it possible to cut various shapes out of the sheet. Our computer-controlled machine determines the position of the holes and cut-outs based on an Auto-CAD drawing. Depending on your wishes, we determine which form of sheet metal working is best suited to your envisioned end product. Thanks to our many years of experience, you can be assured of receiving appropriate advice.
